This is not just about quantities or variants – but about the context in which BAL is used.

Space, use, and desired effect form the basis.

Equally relevant are insights into brand, attitude, and atmosphere – what shapes the space and how it should be perceived.

A suitable variant is developed based on the context.

Material, color, and finish are chosen so that the object integrates into the space and its use – without losing its impact.

Together we set a clear direction and sharpen it.

The agreed variant is first made as a single piece and sent to your house.

Weight, surface, and impact in the room cannot be judged on a screen – only where the object will later be placed.

After voting, the variant will go into series production.

What happens while the stick is burning down?

BAL remains in balance. The unburned wood remnant stays in the holder and maintains the equilibrium.

Embers and ash fall onto the designated surface, where an edge keeps them contained.

Ash falls wherever the space carries it at that moment. Usually onto the surface, sometimes beside it.
Wipe it away when the ritual is over. That, too, is part of it.

What happens once the stick has burned down?

BAL will only return to its resting position if someone pulls out what's left of the stick – never on its own.

Is there a recommendation for suitable incense sticks?

BAL is attuned to Berk's Ambrosia incense sticks, which I can supply for use in your home.
